Product Overview
The tubular sterilizer is generally composed of multiple stainless steel tubes (inner tubes) installed in an outer tube, and the heating or cooling medium flows in the space between the inner tubes. The ends of each inner and outer tube unit are connected by 180 ° elbows to achieve the required heat transfer area. The equipment can heat, sterilize and cool materials at the same time. It can also automatically control and record some important technical parameters such as the sterilization temperature of materials. It can not only reduce the impact of human factors on the sterilization process, but also record the normal production process. The tubular sterilizer can be divided into two types: tubular sterilizer and sleeve sterilizer. The tubular sterilizer is mainly applicable to the sterilization of materials with good fluidity and low viscosity, such as fruit juice, milk and beverages.The sleeve sterilizer is specially used to sterilize jam, fruit pulp, maltodextrin and other materials with poor fluidity and high viscosity.
