Product Overview
Vacuum concentration is a process of heating materials under reduced pressure, causing rapid evaporation and vaporization of water, and continuously eliminating the secondary steam generated by vaporization, so that the concentration of the product can be continuously increased until it reaches the product concentration requirement, and the equipment used to complete this process is called vacuum concentration equipment. The Double effect vacuum thickener is suitable for concentration, distillation and recovery of organic solvents in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

Product Advantages
1. The wall-scraping type rotating scraper is used to make the liquid in the concentrator stirring and turning constantly, so that the liquid is heated evenly, avoiding the phenomenon of scorching and carbonization of the liquid due to long-time local heating, and ensuring the quality of the liquid.
