Product Overview
Specially designed and manufactured fully enclosed, vertical structure sanitary and clean enzymatic hydrolysis tanks are widely used in enzymatic hydrolysis technology and processes, and are used in industries such as food, seasoning, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. Non standard customization can be carried out according to customer process requirements, allowing materials to undergo sufficient enzymatic hydrolysis reaction under suitable temperature and pH conditions.

Product Structure
The enzymatic hydrolysis tank is composed of upper/lower head, cylinder, mixing system, jacket, skin, insulation layer, reducer, sealing device, handhole, mirror, multifunctional pipe mouth and other components (customer customization is supported, and the above schematic diagram is for reference only).

Tank body: Made of stainless steel material, it is a container for mixing and reacting materials. The thickness of the plate is determined based on the capacity, material reaction requirements, and pressure resistance.

Upper/lower head: Due to the need to maintain a certain operating temperature, pressure (or vacuum) during the operation of enzyme hydrolysis tanks, most of them are in a closed upper and lower head form.

Heat transfer device: Heat transfer methods include jacket, inner coil, outer coil, etc; heating using organic heat carrier circulation (thermal oil) or steam, hot water, etc; cooling water, chilled water, cold conductive oil and other cooling methods; this equipment adopts a cooling water jacket cooling method.

Clamp: Made of stainless steel plate, it can be quickly cooled by controlling the temperature of the cooling water.
Insulation layer: Aluminum silicate can effectively reduce temperature loss in the enzymatic hydrolysis tank, playing a role in insulation and energy conservation.

Mixing system: Composed of reducer and reducer seat, mechanical seal (or bearing+oil seal), mixing blade and other components. In order to mix various materials evenly and quickly to accelerate the reaction and facilitate reaction control, a mixing device needs to be set up in the tank. The mixing blade needs to be selected according to the material mixing condition, reaction condition, mixing speed, and viscosity.

A: The cost of the coil is lower than that of the jacket, but because the heat exchange area of the coil is not as large as that of the jacket, the heat transfer speed of the coil will be lower than that of the jacket. Therefore, we suggest that coil heating can be selected if there is no strict requirement on heating speed and required temperature.

Q: 2.What is the difference between an inner coil reactor and an outer coil reactor?
A: The coil of the inner coil reactor is in direct contact with the production materials, which transfers the temperature of the coil itself to the materials in the tank; There will be a liner between the coil of the outer coil reactor and the production materials, so the heat transfer rate of the outer coil will be lower than that of the inner coil.

Q: 3.How to choose electric heating and steam heating?
A: Electric heating is more convenient. 220V or 380V power can be connected to the site. For steam heating, steam generator shall be equipped on site for steam circulation. Steam heating involves steam pressure, so the price will be higher than electric heating.
