Product Overview
Plate and frame filtration equipment is the ideal equipment for separating the solid and liquid phases in suspension. It is suitable for the liquid with lower viscosity and less slag content below 50% concentration for closed filtration to achieve the requirements of purification, sterilization, clarification and other fine or semi-precise filtration. This machine has a large filtration area, large flow rate and wide application range. It can replace different filter membranes according to different production processes (primary filtration, semi-refined filtration, refined filtration) requirements of the filtered solution, as well as increase or decrease the number of filter plate layers according to the size of the user's production flow to make it suitable for production needs.

Working Principle
When working, the material is put into the batching tank, and after the material is fed into the mixing tank through the feeding port, the material is stirred, and after the stirring is completed, the valve of the discharge port is opened to convey the material to the plate and frame filter for filtration, and when filtering, the pushing plate is pushed by turning the hand wheel, and the alternately stacked filter plate and the filter frame are pressed and fixed with the pushing plate and the stopping plate, so that multiple gas holes are connected with each other to form the gas channel, multiple liquid inlet holes are connected with each other to form the liquid inlet channel, and multiple liquid outlet holes are connected with each other to form the liquid outlet channel. A number of liquid inlet holes are connected to each other to form a gas channel, a number of liquid outlet holes are connected to each other to form a liquid outlet channel. After the filtration is completed, the material is transported to the measuring tank to calculate the volume, and the desired volume can be discharged to get the finished product.
