Product Description

Product Overview
Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is based on tap water, groundwater as the raw water, first through the pre-treatment (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softening filter optional), and then transmitted to the reverse osmosis system processing through the high-pressure pump. After a series of purification treatment, the raw water can remove particle colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses, heat sources and other harmful substances and 99% of the dissolved salts in the water, and the desalination rate of the reverse osmosis system can be as high as 97%~99%.

Applications
1. Water for the electronics industry: pure water, distilled water, integrated circuits, silicon, wafers, display tubes and other electronic components flushing.
2. Water for pharmaceutical industry: large infusion, injection, tablet, finished biochemical products, equipment cleaning, etc.
3. Process water for the industry: chemical recycling water, chemical product manufacturing, etc.

Product Differences
The difference between primary reverse osmosis equipment and secondary reverse osmosis equipment.

1. From the process flow: primary reverse osmosis is the raw water through the pretreatment system, filter, through the high-pressure pump to send raw water to the reverse osmosis device directly output product water called primary reverse osmosis. Secondary reverse osmosis is the raw water is pressurized and sent to the pretreatment system coarse filtration, and then into the filter after filtration, through the high-pressure pump pressurized and sent to the reverse osmosis system, the system output water and then pressurized by the second high-pressure pump sent to the second reverse osmosis system, the production of product water, known as secondary reverse osmosis.

2. From the appearance: a vertical pump is installed on the primary reverse osmosis equipment, while two vertical pumps are installed on the secondary reverse osmosis equipment.

3. From the system point of view: primary reverse osmosis equipment is the raw water through a primary osmosis membrane separation technology to remove some substances from the water. The second-stage reverse osmosis equipment is the raw water filtered by two RO reverse osmosis membranes to achieve a higher standard of desalination rate. When the water quality of raw water is close to tap water, the technology of secondary reverse osmosis can make the conductivity value of water reach 10μs/cm. Generally, when the water quality of industry or other industries is not too demanding, they usually use primary reverse osmosis equipment, and if there are strict requirements for water quality, they will choose to use secondary reverse osmosis equipment.
